Exceptions for Double Payment
Refunds will only be considered in the case of a double payment for the same order or service. If a user accidentally makes two payments for the same purchase, the extra amount paid will be refunded after verification.
How to Request a Refund

- Date and time of payment
- Screenshot or proof of the duplicate payment
After verification, the duplicate amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
